Shipping
Physical orders may be shipped from different locations depending on where the artist is based at the time of fulfilment, primarily Germany or Turkey.
Shipping costs and available destinations are shown at checkout.
Orders are sent using standard postal or parcel services. Tracking is provided where it is included in the selected shipping service. For lower-priced editions, untracked or partially tracked shipping may be used in order to keep shipping costs proportionate to the value of the work.
Delivery times vary depending on the country of origin, destination, and postal or courier service and cannot be guaranteed.
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns
Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, physical products may generally be returned within 14 days of receipt.
